Yalitza Vasquez is the Senior Director of Strategic Partnership at Learning Leaders which is New York City's largest nonprofit dedicated to public school students. Since 2006, she has led the organization's public affairs department. In addition, she has designed and developed strategic initiatives and resources for the public awareness of school volunteerism in New York City.
Previously, Yalitza served as Director of Program Development at Learning Leaders and as an Educational Specialist at the Lowell, a special needs non-profit school. Currently, Yalitza is pursing a Masters of Arts at Columbia University, Teachers College in Education Leadership in non-profits. She is part of the American University Young Women Leaders Board Leadership Program and holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from City College (CUNY).
Yalitza teaches PR, Marketing and Social Media.
